家人可能從沒使用過這種工具，看護可能不懂中文，護理師一個人要顧很多床。我們把每一步講清楚，您不用先變成科技專家才能開始使用。

A family may never have used a tool like this; a caregiver may not read Chinese; one nurse may watch many beds. We explain every step plainly, so you do not have to become a tech expert before you start.

About WisBridge

慧橋科技由泰德創立，貝兒醫師擔任醫療顧問。泰德做過 7 年藥品業銷售企劃，在科技業 12 年，熟悉醫藥產業和軟硬體整合；貝兒醫師是小兒科專科醫師，目前在診所看診。兩人從 Podcast 《醫聊543》開始合作，想把正確的醫療觀念講得簡單清楚。

後來，泰德的阿姨中風、洗腎，又做了氣切，說不出話，也沒辦法用紙筆溝通。我們借助 AI 開發了「眼說」App。病人用眼睛選字，選好的字會念出聲，也會顯示在手機上；App 支援多種語言，外籍看護也看得懂。

我們希望同樣處境的家庭，不用再因為看不懂親人的需要和感受而焦急。目前正和機構洽談合作。

WisBridge was founded by Ted, with Dr. Belle as medical advisor. Ted spent 7 years in pharmaceutical sales planning and 12 years in the tech industry, which gave him a working knowledge of both the pharmaceutical business and hardware–software integration. Dr. Belle is a board-certified pediatrician who currently sees patients at a clinic. The two first teamed up on the podcast 醫聊543, with the goal of making accurate medical information simple and clear.

Then Ted's aunt had a stroke, went on dialysis, and later needed a tracheostomy. She could no longer speak, and she couldn't write either. We used AI to build VisionBridge (眼說), an app that lets patients select words with their eyes. The app reads the selected words aloud and shows them on a phone screen. It supports multiple languages, so migrant caregivers can understand too.

We hope no family in this situation has to go through the anxiety of not knowing what their loved one needs or feels. We are currently in partnership talks with institutions.

給腦袋清楚、卻說不出口的人。iPad 固定在床邊，他的視線在一句話上停一下，iPad 就唸出來，家人的 iPhone 同時跳出通知，看護的手機則以她的母語顯示。不用另買眼動儀，只要一台支援 Face ID 的 iPad 或 iPhone。這是輔助溝通工具，不是醫療器材。

For people who think clearly but cannot speak. An iPad is mounted at the bedside; they rest their gaze on a sentence card, the iPad speaks it aloud, a family member's iPhone gets the notification, and a caregiver's phone shows it in her own language. No eye tracker to buy: an iPad or iPhone with Face ID plus a stand is all it takes. An assistive communication tool, not a medical device.
